This early 20th Century warehouse was was successfully developed into contemporary modern open plan lofts, designed by Dale Jones Evans.

Michelle was one of the lead team members who assisted in the design development and construction phases.

The building has won awards and has been published in the internationally acclaimed Monument Magazine 2000.
